- What is the HYPE6 index ($HYPE6)
The $HYPE6 Index is a rotating basket of 13 sneakers released within the past 6 months. After each sneaker reaches its 6-month expiration date, it will be replaced with a newer sneaker drop that fits our index thesis.
2. Why is this type of index important?
As the name suggests, this index is all about what’s hot. It gives you diversified exposure to the most recent drops and collabs.
While we cannot guarantee each sneaker will have a full 6 months on the index, the objective is to select sneakers that have a minimum of 4 months on the index. The team will also make an announcement prior to sneakers being replaced on the index to ensure you have plenty of time to make trades.
3. How to use it?

This index allows you to target a certain percent of your portfolio towards recent drops and protect yourself against a drop in price of sneakers you just bought.
